Welcome to your Little Italy home base — a clean, comfortable two-bedroom apartment made for easy Cleveland stays. It works well for couples, small families, colleagues, university visitors, and medical travelers who want to be close to Little Italy, Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and University Circle.
The apartment sleeps up to four across two bedrooms — a king and a queen — with one full bathroom, a living room with a stone fireplace, Roku TV, and Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for simple meals. The kitchen island seats two for coffee or a quick bite.
Start the morning with the provided K-Cups, creamer, and sugar, then walk to Little Italy's coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. After a day at the hospital, on campus, at the museums, or downtown, come back to unwind. Please note there's no washer/dryer in the unit, and pets aren't permitted.

We really enjoyed our stay, the owners are very responsive and very accommodating. The shower is a bit outdated but it does the job. The place is very well furnished and in great shape. Parking is a bit tricky as you have to find parking spots outside on the curb but we were able to park right outside. The window AC is OK, it makes the room darker but it didn't bother us. The kitchen is great, everything you need is in there. The hosts are trying to make sure you don't need to buy any essentials as they provide them. We would definitely stay there again as little Italy has so many great restaurants! Thank you again!

The apartment was in a perfect location to stay for a wedding at the glidden house. We were able to walk to little Italy for s delicious dinner and breakfast prior to the occasion and the drive to the wedding took only a few minutes. The place had everything we needed with just a few disappointments/there were no chairs to sit outside to enjoy the porch and neighborhood ambience-there was no flowery front garden on the property as depicted on pics -and the parking was a bit of a challenge , though we did get a spot in front upon arrival but had to go park down the street after the wedding -also a bit larger bed in Room 2 would have been nice. All in all-very good experience! Thank you

Brett was informative, place was clean but small. No central AC, window units were not installed securely & access through could've been very easy especially front porch & bedroom. Just not knowing the area my family felt unsafe during the evening. Overall good stay, clean & very accessible to Little Italy main strip. If those units were secured properly & Brett would allow i would stay again.

We loved staying in Little Italy! Check in and check out was easy. It is a cute little place. But it needs some deep cleaning. The outside looks rough, but it is nicer on the inside. Very cute kitchen and living room. But there is some clutter in cupboards and closets that needs to be decluttered and cleaned. Two of the three air conditioning units worked well.
