About this space
This cozy single-bedroom cottage is a comfortable, well-positioned base for exploring Vermilion and the Lake Erie coast. At about 450 square feet, it's just right for couples, solo travellers, or a small family who want somewhere quiet to land at the end of the day.
A queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room sleep up to four. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a Keurig and K-Cups to get the morning going, and a small dining table seats four. The living room has a smart TV with Roku in Guest Mode, so you can sign into your own streaming accounts and be signed out again at checkout.
Main Street Beach and the shops of downtown Vermilion are about five minutes away by car; Cedar Point is thirty. Nokomis Beach and Linwood Park's private sandy beach are both under a mile, and Showse Park's lakefront trails and Lake Erie sunsets are a short drive. What we provide
A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and K-Cups, a small dining table for four, and plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
The bathroom door
To save space, the bathroom has an accordion-style sliding door rather than a traditional hinged one — it doesn't offer quite the same privacy, so the cottage is best for couples, solo travellers, or a family comfortable with that.
TV in Guest Mode
The living-room TV is a Roku in Guest Mode — sign into your own streaming accounts, and Roku signs you out automatically at checkout.
Parking & boat trailer
The driveway is partially shared with the neighbour but gives you ample room — about 38 feet, enough for a smaller boat trailer if you're heading out on Lake Erie.
Getting to the beaches
The Vermilion beaches are a short drive rather than a walk — Main Street Beach is about 5 minutes, and Nokomis and Linwood Park beaches are both under a mile.

Great little cottage minutes from the lake. My husband and I were traveling home from PA and spontaneously decided to stop. We booked last minute and check it was perfectly timed at 3pm. We arrived about 3:30. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We went to the local Mexican restaurant and it was to die for! Maybe we were just hungry but it was probably the best Mexican we’ve had. The cottage was clean, climate controlled perfectly, comfortable bed, everything we needed to rest and recover after a long too. We enjoyed the cute town. We may even consider staying again to check out the sites and take in the peaceful atmosphere of Vermilion.
