This fully renovated home sits on the Sandusky River in Fremont, right beside Memory Marina — a comfortable, modern base for a fishing trip, an island getaway, or a Cedar Point weekend. Everything is on one level, bright and freshly finished, with the water and the marina just out the back.
Three bedrooms sleep five: two with king beds and one with a full, each with its own smart TV. The open living, dining, and kitchen area runs the length of the home — a white kitchen with stainless appliances, a dining table that seats six, a coffee station with a Keurig, and comfortable seating around the TV. A full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in-unit.
Out back, the yard looks over the waterfront marina and RV park, with docks on the river and plenty of room to park a boat or trailer. You're minutes from the marina and the Sandusky River, ten minutes from downtown Fremont, and an easy drive from Lake Erie's fishing, ferries, and Cedar Point.

We live in Lancaster, Ohio, but my mother-in-law was here visiting, so we decided to take her on a mini getaway to the Sandusky area. There were 5 of us total traveling, so this house fit our needs perfectly! The house was absolutely beautiful & tastefully decorated throughout! All of the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels made available for our stay. The host responded fairly quick to all of my messages and he was very friendly, helpful and understanding! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds. Easy checkin and check out. Everything we needed was on site and it was nice to be able to wash clothes throughout the week. Will look for availability at this location next time we visit.
