What we collect
When you book a stay, contact us, or subscribe to our updates, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and reservation details. Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com are also subject to those platforms' privacy policies.
How we use it
To manage your reservation, send check-in instructions and property information, respond to your questions, and — if you subscribe — send occasional updates about our properties. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS communications
We may send text messages to the mobile number you provide, for operational purposes relating to your stay: booking confirmation, check-in instructions, and check-out reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
Who we share with
Service providers who help us operate — property management software, payment processors, cleaning and maintenance vendors — only as needed to deliver your stay. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep reservation records as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
