You're a short walk from Showse Park — nearly 20 acres of lakefront with walking trails and some of the best Lake Erie sunsets around. Main Street Beach, the downtown Vermilion shops, and a couple of wineries are a few minutes by car, and Cedar Point is about 30. The islands are a ferry ride from Sandusky or Port Clinton, and Cleveland is about 45 minutes east.

The host was highly responsive and provided very clear, detailed check-in instructions, which made the arrival process seamless. However, there was an incredibly strong odor of cat urine throughout the home that was very difficult to deal with during our stay. While everything else was handled professionally, the odor significantly impacted our comfort.

Check in was very easy as Brett laid out step by step instructions the day prior to our arrival. Brett also gave us a link to a page that had every piece of information we could want or ask for; from places of interest to weather forecasts to food locations, check in and check out procedure, it was all there.
