Reservations are governed by the rental agreement you accept at booking, which sets out rates, cancellation terms, house rules, and occupancy limits. Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, that platform's terms also apply.

SMS terms
By providing a mobile number when booking or contacting us, you consent to receive text messages from Bright n Breezy Stays relating to your reservation — booking confirmation, check-in instructions including access codes and WiFi details, and check-out reminders. We also send operational messages to property owners and service vendors we work with.
