This spacious three-story condo on the Marblehead peninsula is built for groups — family reunions, couples travelling together, or anyone who wants to explore Ohio’s Lake Erie coast without anyone feeling on top of each other. With three full floors, sleeping for up to twelve, and a living space on every level, there’s room to gather and room to slip away.
The ground floor is the entertainment hub: a game room with a foosball table, a wet bar, and a large Smart TV, plus a bunk room with a queen bed and a twin, and a full pull-out sofa for extra guests. A full bathroom serves this level, and the patio just outside has a gas grill for cookouts.
The middle floor is the heart of the home — an open living and dining area with a gas fireplace and a second full pull-out sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a half bathroom. A screened-in balcony off this floor catches partial Lake Erie views and makes a fine spot for morning coffee, and a dedicated workspace suits anyone mixing a little work with the trip.
The top floor holds two private suites, each with its own full bathroom and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private balcony; Bedroom 3 has a queen plus a full bed, handy for families. Downstairs, a seasonal heated pool — a shared association amenity — sits steps from the unit, and East Harbor State Park’s free public beach, the Marblehead Lighthouse, the island ferries, and Cedar Point are all an easy drive away.

Good to know
The pool is a seasonal association amenity
The heated pool is owned and operated by the condo association and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. It sits steps from the unit, but its hours and availability are set by the association, not by us.
Near the lake, not on it
There is no direct access to Lake Erie from the condo and no walkable private beach, and the property is separate from the neighbouring Baypoint resort and its amenities. The screened second-floor balcony has partial lake views, and the nearest swimming beach is East Harbor State Park, a short drive away.
Three floors, no elevator
The condo spans three levels connected by interior stairs, with bedrooms on the first and third floors — worth knowing if stairs are a concern for anyone in your group.
Seasonal bugs
Lake Erie mayflies and other seasonal bugs are common in the area, especially in May and June. Keeping exterior lights off helps keep them away from the doors and windows.
What to bring
The condo is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and bed linens. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels.
The patio
The ground-floor patio with the gas grill shares a row with neighbouring units — friendly and typical of a condo community, worth picturing before you arrive.

What's yours during the stay
The entire three-story condo is yours. One closet in the primary bedroom is marked private and reserved for owner storage; everything else is for guests. There are four dedicated parking spaces (two outside the unit, one in the garage, and one outside the garage). The pool is a shared association amenity open to residents and guests.

Outstanding space for larger groups!
Our two families (family of 4 + family of 5) thoroughly enjoyed our second stay! Great location and proximity to Bay Point Resort, the lighthouse, and all of Marblehead. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of space. Owners were very helpful and responsive with questions leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely rent again!

Where you'll be
You’re on the Marblehead peninsula, one of the best-positioned spots on Ohio’s Lake Erie coast. The Marblehead Lighthouse — the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the Great Lakes — is minutes away, and the docks for the Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island ferries are a short drive.
A car is the easy way to get around. East Harbor State Park’s free public beach is a short drive, the island ferry docks are close, and Cedar Point is about 35–40 minutes west. Catawba Island’s Twin Oast Brewing and Gideon Owen Wine Company, and the African Safari Wildlife Park, are all short drives.
