The bright upstairs apartment (reached by exterior stairs) has a king bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a breakfast-bar kitchen, and its own bathroom. The cozy downstairs unit is all on one level, with two bedrooms — a king and a queen — a sectional and board games, a full kitchen with a dining table, and its own bathroom. Between them you have two kitchens, two bathrooms, two living areas, and in-unit laundry.
Outside, everyone shares the fire pit, grill, and seating that look out over the river — the heart of a summer evening here. There's ample parking for cars, boats, and trailers, and a boat slip is available if you want to launch on the Sandusky River. Cedar Point, the island ferries, and Lake Erie fishing are all an easy drive.
